This unit is used for the preparation of water-in-oil and oil-in-water emulsions. The Homogeniser consists of a Piston Pump which compresses the material to be processed through an adjustable dispensing nozzle. The unit is also available with an electric heated supply reservoir (HHO).

A circulation and filling unit for both units (heated and unheated) for the direct bottling is available as option.

All parts coming into contact with the material are made of stainless steel (hopper 1.5 l. volume).

Max. output is 30 kg/h dependent on the degree of dispersion.
