From now on working with ERWEKA dissolution tester will be even easier and more convenient!
We certify that our 1000 ml dissolution vessels from number Q1001 are interchangeable within one dissolution tester as well as between various dissolution testers of DT 620/720/820/1420 series. This means it is not necessary anymore to reposition the vessel to the same test station where it was placed before.
This allows having additional ERWEKA dissolution vessels for one or more dissolution tester. These additional vessels may be used while the other set is washed.
Also, when a vessel is broken a new can be used directly instead.
This was reached by higher dissolution vessel precision as well as a special centering method which centers the vessel in accordance with its inner opening.

Another focal point was the new regulatory requirements of the USP regarding the “Performance Verification Test“ (PVT) with 10 mg prednisone reference tablets and the tightened guidelines of the FDA with respect to the topic “Mechanical Calibration“.
As a result of this 3-day seminar program which included intensive training sessions and practical application, a higher degree of quality and service will be achieved.
