The ERWEKA ZT 320 Series offers individual operation of each test station. Each test-station comes with its own function keypad and LE display/s for individual programming of the test-run time. In standard configuration each test station offers manual (optional automatic) lift-in and -out of the basket rack assembly on start/completion of the pre-set run-time. An alarm can be selected to be reminded. The actual bath temperature is measured by an external electronic PT 100 temperature sensor.

ZT 320 Series Disintegration testers (with optional automatic lift-in/-out) at any time can be upgraded to the automated ZT 850 Series for one, multiple or all test-stations.

Upgrade:

• Automated detection of 1st disintegration Basket Rack (Type A) – detection system description see ZT 850 – incl. 1x iBasket with 6 test-stations, media temperature measurement, ConBox and ZT.net software package (excl. computer); only for ZT 320 with automatic lift-in/-out of the Basket Rack Assembly
• Automated detection of 2nd 3rd, and 4th disintegration Basket Rack (Type A) – detection system description see ZT 850 – incl. 1x iBasket with 6 test-stations, media temperature measurement, to connect via ConBox to a computer with installed ZT.net software package; package for upgrade of one additional test-station
• Graphical display of the disintegration process of each individual sample. This addition to the ZT.net software allows not only to determine the actual disintegration time but to show the size reduction of the sample over the disintegration time. Therefor this feature gives unique additional value to the normal disintegration test since variations between the samples – which later will have influence in the dissolution result – can be determined and reported.
