Before shipping all ERWEKA Hardness- and Combination Testers as well as all electronic temperature sensors are calibrated. The calibration documentation comes with the unit.

For re-calibration ERWEKA equipment comes with a calibration menu in the standard firm-ware.
At some of the equipment the calibration menu is password protected to assure that only qualified staff re-calibrated the unit.

For perfect operation and assurance of accurate results, ERWEKA offers Calibration Services at site by trained ERWEKA Quality Management staff. All calibration tools ERWEKA uses are constantly checked and etched. Certificates can by shown before the calibration procedure takes place.

Also for Performance Qualification (PQ) of Dissolution Testers ERWEKA offers to do it. Our trained laboratory staff will come to your plant and do the PQ test according to your requirements. This action can even take place on the weekend not to interrupt your normal laboratory work!

For Tablet-Hardness Testers ERWEKA now offers a Dynamic Calibration Tool which allows calibration of the electronic load cell without weights! The so called AutoCal System uses a certified external load cell and (optional) a calibration software for easy and more accurate calibration within max. 5 minutes. In addition the unit will be calibrated at up to 50 points within the measuring range for assurance of results throughout the testing range. Results of calibration can be printed out and/or stored by the computer.
The system can be bought for self-calibration or be used when having a Calibration Contract.

Re-Calibration Contracts are available either each month, each 3 months, each 6 months or once a year.
