The new AutoPosition tool (patent pending) >> not only aligns convex shaped oblongs, additionally it moves the tablets against the end point! Therefore the risk of wrong measurement results by either inaccurate manual positioning or turning of the samples is dramatically lowered. The AutoPosition tool is optionally available for all ERWEKA tablet hardness and tablet combinations testers of the TBH 225/255 and TBH 325/355 series.
The TBH 125TD is the ERWEKA basic dual-mode (“Constant Speed” and “Constant Force”) tablet combination tester measuring hardness, diameter/length and thickness for those customers requiring accuracy and robust design but very basic functions only.
The sample is entered into the test-station vertically o the test-jaw first measures sample thickness. Then the sample is switched to the horizontal position so the test-jaw can measure sample diameter/length and hardness.
The TBH 125TD is operated via a symbol keypad which allows entering the number of samples required for testing.
Results of sample hardness as well as sample diameter/length and thickness are shown at the two bright LE displays and can be printed (incl. date/time) via the standard USB printer interface.
Calibration is menu-guided and includes a calibration print-out (3 point calibration, either statically by weight stones or dynamically by AutoCal 2.0) with date and time of performance as well as unit serial number.
Even at the TBH 125TD the integrated menu allows to set the measurement mode incl. breaking speed-/force increase rate, time/date, sensitivity of the hardness measurement and a break between the tests to remove dust and debris.
The TBH 125 series is available for measurement of hardness TBH 125, hardness and diameter TBH 125D and hardness/diameter/thickness TBH 125TD.
