To verify the function of blister packaging machines ERWEKA offers the Vacuum Blister Density Tester, Type VDT/S.
The unit is equipped with an integrated vacuum pump.

Pressure (-200 mbar and -900 mbar) and time (up to 99 min., 59 sec.) are adjustable by the membran function keys. The two bright LE displays show remaining test run-time and actual pressure.

The blister is placed in the external pressure container, which is filled with liquid. Different sizes of containers are available.
