The TBH x55 stores the complete CFR 21/11 required Audit Trail to the integrated memory (512 MB capacity). The user may transfer the CFR 21/11 Audit Trail data as well as the test results and product data via the data transfer cable to an external computer with ERWEKA CFR 21/11.net software. When the transfer is completed the Audit Trail data, ressults and inactive users/products at the integrated memory will be deleted and the TBH x55 can go on working.
The ERWEKA CFR 21/11.net software allows to store the CFR 21/11 compliant Audit Trail as well as the test results from many different TBH x55 according to the units serial number. Since each unit has its own ID number it is assured that the Audit Trail data can not be mixed between the different units.
The CFR 21/11 compliant Audit Trail data of each single unit can be sorted by user or date, displayed and printed for hard-copy documentation.
Since the ERWEKA CFR 21/11.net software in addition to the pure Audit Trail data stores the test results those results may be recalled and printed for hard-copy documentation even later on. In case of TBH 355/455 with product memory also the stored products are transferred to the ERWEKA CFR 21/11.net software. In case of data loss the ERWEKA CFR 21/11.net software allows data back-up of the TBH x55.
Inactive users as well as inactive products will be stored at the ERWEKA CFR 21/11.net software and automatically deleted from the memory card. This data, according to CFR 21/11 requirement may be restored to the TBH x55 at any time.
With MC.net software the optional CRF21/11.net software is not necessary.
