The Check-Weigher CWS-BU has been designed for a 100% quality check and elimination of faulty samples.

It consists of the standard CWS and an external parts feeder (BU). The external parts feeder is available in two versions, either 10 or 20 litres and allows a capacity of up to 5.000 test samples.

The exclusion tolerances can be set individually (password protected).

Samples falling outside the exclusion tolerances will be ejected using the sorting system, type SORT.
