In contrast to the standard CWS which can be used in-line with a production machine, the Check-Weigher CWS-M is designed for the use in the Quality Control Department. Up to 10 batches (50 samples each) can be loaded to the CWS-M.

The CWS-M will test one batch after the other automatically. Results and statistics can be displayed, hard-copied when a suitable printer is connected to the standard parallel printer port or transferred to a PC using the ERWEKA Windows™ based Software.

As an option the CWS-M can be equipped with a 10-station magazine for collection of the samples corresponding to the Storage magazine.

A 20-station magazine is available for sorting of the samples corresponding to the station of the storage magazine and the predefined tolerances.
