The standard Weight Checker CWS is designed to check the weight of tablets, capsules and similar forms. Standard test speed is max. 20 samples/min. with an accuracy of +/- 0.5 mg or optional max. 12 samples/min. with an accuracy of +/- 0.1 mg.

Up to 50 samples can be loaded to the instrument.

The samples are automatically segregated by a vibratory system and transferred to the weight measuring station. The samples will be ejected after the measurement.

Optional the samples can be sorted according to the pre-defined tolerances (SORT).

The CWS in combination with the ERWEKA switching valve can be connected to a production machine.
