Dissolution Offline System in operation

For users with high test-throughput, who are limited in lab-space and financial budget as well as take care of an easy and fast validation procedure, ERWEKA offers the so-called Dual UV-VIS Online Dissolution System.

Two Dissolution Testers, which are operated completely independent (different products, sampling intervals, stirring speed, test-run duration etc.) are linked by two Sample Transfer Pumps, either 8-channel Syringe Pumps or 8-channel Peristaltic Pumps, to one Perkin Elmer Spectrophotometer with 16-position cell changer. Due to this configuration with one pump and one block of flow-through cells for each Dissolution Tester any sample contamination is eliminated.

Because the 2 Dissolution Testers are controlled by one PC and software the sampling and analysis times are checked. In case of any problem (analysis of samples at the same time) the software performs a new reviewed time-management.
