Combined HPLC-online connection and UV-closed loop measurement

ERWEKA®’s new semi automated dissolution testing system offers the possibility of a HPLC-online connection to equipment of all manufacturers for
e. g. Shimadzu, Agilent and Waters as well as the possibility of a connection to different chromatograph systems like Empower (Waters) or Cerity (Agilent). The sampling for HPLC will be performed with an innovated peek flow-through vial. The additional closed loop UV-Vis online measurement can be operated with equipment from Perkin Elmer, Shimadzu or Analytic Jena.

A fraction collector for up to 300 HPLC-vials, is available optional with combined fraction collection and online connection as well as peltier cooling from 4°C up to 70°C. Also available: The automated filterchanger AFC 125, optional with 0.22/0.45/0.7/1.0 µm.

The semi automated dissolution testing system offers the handling of two DT 720 with up to 16 vessels and the possibility of a filtration with poroplast filters (1-10 µm and additional 0.45 µm). Based on the ERWEKA® standart dissolution software, the system enables  the im-/export to other IT-systems for e. g. LIMS or chromatography data systems. Also the automatical recording of temperature and rotation speed in each vessel brings facilitation. As an additional feature the system offers video analysis of the dissolution process in time-lapse modewith overlapping real-time dissolution curve to identify disturbances such as coning etc.
