ERWEKA supports APV basics courses

As in previous years, ERWEKA supports again two different practical courses of the APV Mainz (International Association for Pharmaceutical Technology) about wet and dry granulation.

We are pleased to support this year again the APV basics placements with the topics wet and dry granulation. The ancillary equipment that is required to perform the placements is provided by ERWEKA (amongst others). Apart from the granulate flow tester GTB, the ERWEKA tapped density tester SVM is being used for the placements. Furthermore, different group works are carried out under the guidance of our Sales Manager Mr. Werner Schuth.

The practical courses take place once a year at Bohle, an international machinery and equipment manufacturer of the pharmaceutical industry, in Ennigerloh. The courses are organized by the APV Mainz and are conducted by experienced pharmacists from universities and pharmaceutical companies.

In the two different courses the most important connections between formulation, granulation process and granulate properties are clearly represented and the theoretical as well as the practical aspects are considered. The participants learn the production of high-quality granulates by working in groups.

The course is intended for people, who aren´t experienced yet in theory and practice in the fields of dry and wet granulation. Besides, academic employees as well as experienced laboratory staff, who want to increase their knowledge are also addressed.
