ERWEKA introduces the ZT 121 light and the DT 1212 light

This week, ERWEKA introduces two new products at ACHEMA 2018.

Compact disintegration testing with the new ZT 121 light

The ERWEKA ZT 121 light is the perfect entry-level disintegration tester with one motor driven USP/EP/JP compliant test station. The compact unit of our light series is equipped with an integrated flow-through heater and a moulded one-piece PET water bath (no leaking / breaking, easy to clean) with cover.

The ZT 121 light can be easily operated via a membrane keypad. Defined test run parameters such as run time and water bath temperature are entered with symbol keys and the actual values are then shown on large and bright LED displays. The run-time counter automatically starts as soon as the basket rack assembly is lowered into the test media.

DT 1212 light – Easy start into the world of dissolution testing

The ERWEKA DT light Series delivers the proven ERWEKA quality in a comprehensive package for a budget for simple dissolution testing with USP method 1, 2, 5 and 6. The DT 1212 light is equipped with 12 test stations and a fixed drive head (high-head), allowing easy access to each 1000 ml vessel.

The shafts can be replaced easily and the unique water bath of moulded PET is equipped with the time-proven ERWEKA water outlet for easy cleaning. The external flow through heater reduces the influence of external vibrations and ensures a constant temperature. Every accessory that comes into contact with the dissolution sample is installed in Germany. Therefore, our DT light Series has the ERWEKA made in Germany quality.
