As a premium supplier ERWEKA hereby recognizes the increased demand for direct sales and service support of the growing pharmaceutical industry in Russia. “We supply tablet test equipment for pharmaceutical and life science companies, R&D laboratories and universities all over the world. Russia has in recent years become a more important and dynamic market for us and we want to be closer to our customers, listen to their needs and be able to respond directly,” says Erik Schmidt-Staubach, Director Business Development.

The new branch office provides decisive advantages for ERWEKA customers. Our customers will now be supported by a team of well trained and experienced local staff and also a very well equipped demonstration facility in the near future.

Ilya Petrov and Artem Kuznecov both members of the Russian team are currently attending a comprehensive sales training at the headquarter in Heusenstamm to gain more in-depth knowledge about the ERWEKA product portfolio. “The experience of the recent years in the Russian market has shown, that customers see direct selling of producer equipment as the most reliable, fastest and economically reasonable way to receive high quality solutions,” explains Ilya Petrov, head of the Russian sales team.
