ERWEKA celebrates the inauguration of the new company headquarter with guests from all over the world
Langen, 2. September 2019. On August 30th, after two years of construction, Erweka finally celebrated the inauguration of the new company headquarter in the business center of the city of Langen. The leading manufacturer of test equipment for pharmaceutical and life science companies welcomed about 200 guests from all over the world. Many long-standing business partners, dealers and customers visited from all 5 continents, as well as the mayor of Langen, Mr. Frieder Gebhardt, the architect of the new headquarter, Mrs. Marianna Christ, and delegates of Langen’s economic development team.
Before the official inauguration ceremony, Erweka invited the guests to tours through the whole building. The visitors were impressed by the production and administration facilities – with investments into new machinery, agile business processes and innovative working and open space concepts, Erweka prepared itself for the future. The new headquarter with a space of 4700 square meters doubles the previous premises in Heusenstamm.
A place, just like ERWEKA
Werner G. Müller, managing director, welcomed all the guests to the official inauguration. In his speech, he emphasized, how proud he is of the new building and how closely it is connected to the quality promise of Erweka. Mrs.Claudia Müller, managing director and majority shareholder, thanked all guests for being with them on this special evening. In her speech, she underlined, how important this new building is for Erweka: „This new place is just like Erweka. We value high quality and great design and therefore planned everything accordingly. This new headquarter gives us the space for future development.“
Highlight of the business center
In addition to Mr. and Mrs. Müller, the mayor of Langen, Mr. Frieder Gebhardt, also held a speech and congratulated the owners for their new headquarters. He appreciated the impressive new building and called it the highlight of the Langen business center. As an inauguration gift, he presented a signed lithographic painting by the internationally renowned artist from Langen, Mr. Johannes Schreiter. After the inauguration speeches, all guests celebrated with international culinary delights and exciting conversations.
A lot of space for the future
The new company headquarter of the innovative leader can be found at the Pittlerstr. 45 in the conveniently placed business center of Langen. The building was designed by the architect Mrs. Marianna Christ, who is specialized in business architecture. It offers space for 150 employees but can be extended at any time in the future. The close connection between administration and production can be easily observed from the outside. Next to the new space for production, machinery and administration, a showroom with the latest products and a training center for dealer or customer training can be found inside the new facility. Sustainability is at the center of the new building with an excellent energy concept, two charging stations for electrical cars and preparations for charging of E-bikes.
