ERWEKA GmbH expands its range of services in cooperation with Quasaar GmbH to include a versatile portfolio of laboratory services.

ERWEKA GmbH, based in Langen near Frankfurt am Main, is proud to announce its collaboration with Quasaar GmbH in Bexbach, Saarland. Through this partnership, Quasaar GmbH expands ERWEKA’s tablet testing product range with high-quality, valuable laboratory services for the pharmaceutical industry.
These services include comprehensive comparative measurements and method transfers, such as performance comparisons of dissolution apparatus from different manufacturers and types, official method transfers under GMP conditions, and the preparation of relevant GMP documents and SOPs. The experienced laboratory team at Quasaar, in cooperation with ERWEKA, also provides on-site training—according to customer requirements, either at the pharmaceutical client’s site, at Quasaar, or at ERWEKA.
In addition, complete method developments, validations, and revalidations can be commissioned. Feasibility studies for transitioning from manual methods to automation using ERWEKA’s product range can also be carried out.
Furthermore, dissolution studies to determine release behavior for quality control and stability, bioequivalence testing, biopharmaceutical characterization of formulations, as well as specialized dissolution tests for gastric resistance, buffer change, and much more are offered.
