El sistema AutoCal 2.0 de ERWEKA es una herramienta de calibración para calibrar el durómetro automáticamente, sin pesas, ordenador externo ni software.
La calibración nunca había sido tan sencilla: la memoria USB del AutoCal 2.0 se conecta al puerto USB del TBH x25, mientras que la celda de carga homologada y conectada se inserta en la estación del ensayo de dureza.
Todo el sistema (ajuste y calibración) ahora se maneja a través del teclado y la pantalla del durómetro. El instrumento realiza el ajuste automáticamente y se puede comprobar la linealidad de la calibración revisando hasta tres puntos del intervalo de medición.
