O sistema AutoCal 2.0 da ERWEKA é uma ferramenta de calibração para a calibração automática da estação do testador de dureza – sem pesos, PC externo e software.
A calibração nunca foi tão fácil: o pen drive USB AutoCal 2.0 é conectado à porta USB do TBH x25 e a célula de carga certificada conectada é inserida na estação de teste de dureza.
Todo o sistema (ajuste e calibração) é realizado mediante o teclado e a tela do testador de dureza. O dispositivo realiza o ajuste automaticamente e a calibração pode ser verificada no que diz respeito à linearidade, verificando até três pontos dentro da faixa de medição. Além disso, um relatório pode ser criado mediante a interface de impressora padrão.
