Storage of Test Results
The system stores up to 100 products or testing methods as standard and offers a large data memory with capacity for up to 1 million test results. This allows users to quickly access and review historical data whenever needed, supporting full traceability and efficient data handling. In addition, the EasyCheck features integrated calibration functions and ensures consistently precise measurements. Combined with comprehensive documentation of all processes, it delivers a high level of user convenience while maintaining reliable and robust functionality.
Le système ERWEKA AutoCal 2.0 est un outil d'étalonnage qui permet d'étalonner automatiquement la station d'essai de dureté sans avoir besoin de poids, d'un PC externe et d'un logiciel.
L'étalonnage n'a jamais été aussi simple. La clé USB AutoCal 2.0 est connectée au TBH x25 via l'interface USB et la cellule de pesée certifiée connectée est insérée dans la station d'essai de dureté.
L'ensemble du système (ajustement et étalonnage) est désormais contrôlé à l'aide du clavier et de l'écran du testeur de dureté. L'appareil effectue des ajustements automatiques et il est possible de contrôler l'étalonnage en vérifiant jusqu'à trois points dans la plage de mesure pour détecter les écarts de linéarité. De plus, il est facile de générer un rapport de documentation via l'interface d'impression standard.
