Integrated Weight Measurement
The slider technology perfectly aligns evenly shaped oblongs for easy determination of width, length and tablet hardness.
EasyCheck can additionally be equipped with a test memory for up to 1 million test results, an audit trail light function for paperless reporting and a data export function for CSV and XML export.
A neat star-shaped rotary magazine made of stainless steel and aluminium provides 20 test positions for samples and enables full visual inspection of the test processes at any time.

Measurements can be started, monitored, and reviewed in just a few steps. For added convenience, the system supports external USB keyboards, making data entry, such as creating new products, faster and more comfortable directly on the device.
Storage of Test Results
The system stores up to 100 products or testing methods as standard and offers a large data memory with capacity for up to 1 million test results. This allows users to quickly access and review historical data whenever needed, supporting full traceability and efficient data handling. In addition, the EasyCheck features integrated calibration functions and ensures consistently precise measurements. Combined with comprehensive documentation of all processes, it delivers a high level of user convenience while maintaining reliable and robust functionality.
The ERWEKA AutoCal 2.0 system is a calibration tool for the automated calibration of the hardness tester station - without weights, external PC and software.
Calibration has never been so easy: The AutoCal 2.0 USB stick is plugged into the USB port of the TBH x25 and the connected certified load cell is inserted into the hardness testing station.
The entire system (adjustment and calibration) is now carried out via the hardness tester's keypad and display. The device performs the adjustment automatically and the calibration can be checked for linearity by checking up to three points within the measuring range. In addition, a documentation report can be created via the standard printer interface.
