Physical Hardness Service Training

This week, from monday 14th to friday 18th of October our dealers' service engineers visited us from all over the world in our new headquarter in Langen for a Physical Service Training.

During the whole training week, the trainees were trained on all hardness testing devices ERWEKA has to offer - from the manual TBH 125 up to the fully automated MultiCheck 6 and our software MC.NET 3.4 with Audit Trail. The attendees learned all about installation and maintenance of the devices, qualification, trouble shooting and configuration, perfectly perparing them for the customer needs all over the world. The MC.NET 3.4 training day introduced them to our new Audit Trail features and advanced software. To get to know each other and the trainers a little bit better, the ERWEKA team also took them on a sightseeing tour in Frankfurt and invited them to a traditional german dinner after an extensive training day.
